However, unclean foods on the other hand can cause the body to get weak over time and can cause major problems in your health.

Another way to stay healthy is by doing some brain activities like word search puzzles or learning and exploring new things.
These are great ways to keep your mind healthy because they help the brain focus, like for example word search puzzles can improve your IQ.
Also reading books or magazine articles can improve word memory, reduce stress and help with communication skills which aids in interacting with others.

And finally, the way to stay healthy is staying in shape through eating right.
Staying in shape is important because it also reduces stress.
Doing different exercises can help strengthen your bones and muscles which also keeps you healthy.
Breathing techniques are another way to help. For instance, holding your breath for a certain amount of time then releasing via meditation exercises.
These are a few of the things that help you on your journey to be and stay healthy.
